On September 16th, 2023, a video resurfaced on the internet showing Mohbad in a critical condition, lying on a sick bed and confessing the torture that he had gone through before his passing.
In the said video the late Mohbad spoke in his native language narrating what allegedly happened to him at the NDLEA office.
A Twitter user did us a favor by translating the language. It reads:
“He said they gave him a glass of water to drink without knowing that something had been added to it. He also said that Zinoleesky snitched on him.”
